Rocky Vitali
Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer
Rocky Vitali is a dynamic entrepreneur and innovator with a lifelong passion for leveraging technology to drive business success. As Co-Founder and COO of HAH Parking, Rocky oversees company operations, strategic planning, and the execution of innovative solutions to transform the parking industry. Raised in the automotive industry, Rocky began working at his family’s car dealership at age 11, managing online sales. By age 12, he sold his first car on eBay, and by 16, he had sold dozens of vehicles, including sales to international buyers and arranging the shipping and transportation from start to finish. While cars were his primary way to earn money, Rocky also bought and sold antiques, art, furniture, and anything in marketplaces that could turn a profit—a pursuit he found fun and fueled by his entrepreneurial spirit. Over the next decade, he honed his expertise in online sales, using technology to optimize operations and drive growth, consistently delivering low costs and high visibility for sustained profitability. Rocky’s global perspective was shaped by his international studies at the University of Barcelona, where he earned a minor in International Business, complementing his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego. His passion for exploration led him to travel to 33 countries as a paid travel blogger, with work published in outlets like The Points Guy. Along the way, he became a certified Ashtanga yoga instructor in India and a PADI scuba diver in the Philippines. Combining his operational expertise, technological acumen, and innovative vision, Rocky co-founded HAH Parking to modernize parking solutions, innovating on the frontier of cutting-edge technology, operations and advancements.
Victor Vitali
Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer
Victor was born in Johnson City, a small town in upstate New York. His first word was car, sparking his life-long passion for automobiles. His grandfather, an Italian immigrant, founded an automotive dealership which remains family owned and operated after 60 years. Possessing an entrepreneurial spirit from a young age, ideas and inventions came easy to Victor. After earning a degree in Business Administration from SUNY Fredonia and studying International Business at Northumbria University in England, he spent several years traveling across Europe working in the automotive import/export business. He returned to the US in 2009, and worked his way from salesman to franchise buyer for several luxury automotive brands in New York. In 2012, Victor moved to Charleston, SC where he met his now wife Nancy and began exporting cars to Europe. In March of 2017, the idea of HAH was born when Victor collected more vehicles than he had parking spaces. His solution to this problem was to ask his neighbors if he could borrow their unused driveway space. The idea remained at the forefront of his mind, and just a few days later while driving in downtown Charleston, he found himself in a similar predicament: empty driveways, yet nowhere to park. One year later, in 2018, Victor co-founded HAH (“How About Here?”) Parking with his brother Rocky. Victor’s sales skills and commitment to the vision are at the core of HAH’s early success. Victor is adept at creating and cultivating relationships that drive the company’s revenue, and support its capital strategy. Victor has established strong relationships with private investors who believe in his ability to scale the business.
Sean Glavin
CTO
As the Chief Technology Officer at HAHParking, Sean not only leads all internal engineering and development efforts, he is an integral part of the cross-functional leadership within the overall HAH team. With full ownership of HAH’s technical roadmap, Sean is consistently developing actionable plans in support of company initiatives and strategy, collaborating with departmental counterparts to deliver a continuous innovation pipeline, and is the subject matter expert concerning HAH’s current and emerging technologies. Sean is a highly motivated, competitive, and self-driven individual that thrives on continual education, and consistently challenges himself. He has over 250 accredited hours in various areas of study, as well as a degree from the Nashville Software School. For 9 years, Sean served in the United States Army and was awarded the Green Beret after which he went on to serve in the 5th Special Forces Group as a Special Forces Medical Sergeant. Sean’s passion for technology and logical problem solving, as well as his exceptional resume, which includes personal commendation from the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence (3 steps away from POTUS), eventually led him into software development at HAH.
Joel Venable
Backend Product Owner
In support of HAH’s growth initiatives and technical strategy, Joel’s main focus involves implementing best practices for the infrastructure of HAH. As the VP of Cloud Technology and acting Co-CTO, Joel works diligently on developing and maintaining HAH’s software and ensures all product releases and updates are timely and effective. Joel is a meticulous problem solver with a continual focus on leading-edge technology. A graduate of Bellevue University in 2005, Joel pursued a career as the Director of Logistics with the United States Navy. During his tenure as a US Navy Supply Officer, Joel developed proficiency in analyzing complex information, orchestrating interrelated programs, and managing precious financial resources.
